I feel a bit odd talking about my identities. Mostly this is coming from a place of feeling judged on those identities.
I run, therefore I am a runner.
I strength train with a specific focus on SBD, therefore I am a powerlifter.
I empower, and instil confidence, in runners & run leaders, therefore I am a coach.
Oops. Did I say too much?
Yep. I'm a COACH.
People ask me what I do, when I "do" Run Talk Run. 25% of the time, I'm "doing" admin, insta, website updates. 75% of the time, I am liaising with runners & leaders...
Listening to their concerns. Instilling belief. Empowering. Helping them see (and consequently prove to themselves) that they are MORE than capable and they always have been. Am I sounding big headed yet? Good. I need to. I need to own my cool shit.
Very soon, I am going to be offering coaching on a 1:1 basis.
It will, however, be coaching with a twist.
We'll be Run Talk Running.
Or Walk Talk Walking.
We will use movement as our means to facilitate the coaching sessions.
I will be offering FREE coaching throughout December so that I can figure out logistics of hosting these sessions, so if you want updates of when these slots are becoming available make sure you sign up! They really will NOT be free forever.
Thank you for being on this journey with me, Jess x
