When I stop to consider all of the ways that life is outside of my control.
Ill health. Other people’s intentions. etc.
WHY
would I take away the one power that I do have?
WHY
would I take away the one thing that I can control?
The ability to make decisions based on what I want to see, what I want to be, how I want to live.
Why wait to see what happens when you can go and make things happen?
This year there will be no more dancing around the edges.
No more tantalising with what I could have.
Or reminiscing over what I did have.
No more waiting to see what will happen.
Just making things happen.
